Prior to shipment, every piece of medical equipment is subjected to a rigorous technical inspection and calibration conducted exclusively by professional engineers. We provide detailed condition reports, actual photos, and video verification of the device in operation before finalizing your order. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate technical contract, items are sold on a professional “As-Is, Where-Is” basis matching their certified pre-shipment state.
Given the high value and sensitive nature of medical diagnostic machinery (such as Ultrasound units, X-ray systems, and CT scanners), we enforce industrial-grade packaging standards. Equipment is stabilized, wrapped in anti-static protective barriers, and secured inside heavy-duty, customized wooden crates built to withstand international sea or air freight handling.
As a cross-border B2B trading platform, xdetects facilitates international logistics up to the designated port or facility. However, the buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Additionally, the buyer must ensure that the imported secondhand device complies with their local Ministry of Health or regional medical device registration regulations before the purchase is finalized.
Because we trade in specialized, high-value secondhand medical machinery, our return policy is highly restricted to protect transaction integrity. Standard returns or cancellations for a change of mind are generally not accepted once processing begins. If a standard return is exceptionally approved under our 15-day policy framework, the equipment must be completely unused in its original delivery state, and the transaction will be subject to a restocking and technical recalibration fee of up to 20%.
To ensure maximum security and legal transparency for corporate and institutional transactions, we primarily accept corporate bank wire transfers (T/T). All payment routing details are securely provided on your official Proforma Invoice. Any intermediary bank wire fees, currency conversion costs, or international transaction penalties remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
